| Pickup & Sanding |
1. Pick-up is free and pick-up takes place at your hotel. (In Seoul) |

2. Itaewon is the basic sanding spot, and if you wish to have sanding service to your hotel after the tour, an addition service fee is charged. |
| Payment & Cancellation |
1. Both credit card and cash payment are available. (credit card fee is added when credit card payment is made.) |

2. A 10% VAT will be added when requesting a tax invoice or paying with a Korean credit card |

3. You must prepay when you book. If canceled on the day of sightseeing, 100% of the commodity price will be charged as cancellation fee. (However, cancellation after 18:00 on the day before the tour is considered cancellation on the day of the tour.) |

4. Cancellation one day before the performance will result in a 70% cancellation charge. |

5. Cancellation after booking will result in a 30% cancellation charge. |
